SMS Character Limits
- Standard SMS (GSM-7 format): 160 characters per segment. Messages longer than this are split.
- Unicode SMS (Emojis, special characters): Slashes the limit down to 70 characters per segment.
- MMS: Allows up to 1,600 characters along with multimedia.
