The Caption Trap
Text messages allow 4,096 characters, but attach a photo or video and the caption budget drops to 1,024 — the most common reason a pasted post gets rejected. For channel posts with images, either trim the caption to fit or send the image first and the full text as a separate message.

- Bios are tiny (70 characters) — one line about what you do, no room for slogans.
- Channel descriptions (255 chars) appear in search and share previews; include the keywords people would search for.
